Coach
Run bootcamps, deliver 1-on-1 online calls, and coach in the field. You take men from freeze to first approach, from uncertainty to real results. You've coached before or you've got real dating experience. Either way, you can diagnose what someone's actually doing and show them the cleaner move. We watch for the ones who coach the way they'd want to be coached: direct, evidence-based, and accountable to real outcomes.
Sales
Close inbound consultation calls into coaching clients. These are warm leads from our funnel: men who've already applied and are ready to talk. You listen to where they're stuck, map them to the right program, and help them see the investment is worth it. Results matter: we track conversion, watch your close rate, and pay for what you deliver.
Marketing
Create and run short-form social content, email campaigns, growth initiatives. You shoot reels, write carousels, understand Instagram native, run engagement, capture leads. You ship work fast and iterate. We measure what lands and what doesn't, then you double down on what works. This is hands-on, not strategic positioning.
Filmmaker
Shoot, edit, and produce content in the field and in the studio. You film coaching sessions, film men doing approaches, capture in-field moments, cut clips for social, build the visual proof. You own the camera and the edit: the final look, pacing, and feeling of what ships.
